Innago provides simple, intuitive tools to help small-to-mid-sized landlords better manage their tenants and rental properties. Our features include online rental payments, document signing and storage, tenant screening, and tenant communication. Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business processes and translating them into effective software solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Product

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development projects preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
