Innago Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business processes and translating them into effective software solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Product
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development projects preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
